Grief Retreats: Restoring Hearts

Every year, our Grief Retreats offer individuals navigating loss a chance to rest, reconnect, and renew. These three-day immersions bring together somatic healing, gentle movement, creative expression, and community support — helping participants process grief safely and rediscover balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Many attendees come from under-resourced or high-impact communities, including, but not limited to, veterans, caregivers, educators, healthcare workers, and those who have endured profound personal loss.

Your donation provides scholarships and access funds so that anyone seeking healing can attend, regardless of financial means.
